Gratitude is one of thepowerful gifts we possess. When we say thanks or show appreciation we experience the world from the point of view of the glass is half full rather than empty. Gratitude is a feeling which is a state of mind. If we choose the thanks of a deep lack of inner transformation that happens in our reality. Whether you are attending seminars, reading books or listening to personal development tapes of inspiration, the investment in your personal growth with information that will help you live a meaningful life and satisfying.
7 Let go of the past
To really move forward, we must make peace with your past. Many of us continue to excess baggage much longer than we should. Some of us one step forward two steps back to take because of an unresolved problemthat we treat. If the ghosts of the past are still troubling to find a healthy way to get closure and move on. Save the drama can be yours.
8 They have a passionate relationship with you love.
When was the last time you had a passionate love? Imagine how nice it would be in love again, falling and butterflies in your stomach as you have if you had your first love. Most of us have never had a real loving relationship with ourselves,because we are waiting for Mr. Right to show. Why wait? An Affair to Remember today. Buy yourself a beautiful piece of lingerie and admire, look how beautiful you are in too. Play some 'soft music. Light your favorite incense or scented candles. Take a candlelit dinner for one. Write a poem. Take a trip to the Caribbean. Treat yourself to treat you as someone they were mad, head-over-heals in love. If your romantic soul on a consistent basis you sowPassion in your love life. Imagine how it will be nice if you reap the harvest.

10 Think, Recharge and Renew.
Create ways to feed the mind, soothe your body and replenish your spirit. Use these precious moments with your body, mind and soul, taking time each day to reflect, relax and pamper themselves to connect. Whether youYou go to a spa, private carve out some time down, write in a newspaper or sit with your sister's friends to take time each day for you.
Blessed life instead of stress is to make decisions that are right for you. You can not escape stress, but you can use it as a positive instrument of change rather than allowing exhaust. True success comes from living life with your design, instead of living by default. By integrating some of these principles in your life to therapya more balanced life.
